These bars are designed to help the sector shaft on steering box from flexing when turning steering wheel. This in turn will tighten up your steering wheel feel and stop a lot of the road wondering, saves your box from prematurely wearing out or breaking due to negative offsets, lift kits, & offroad tire stress. These units are designed around using aftermarket sway bars like Thuren or Carli where most braces don't.
People advertise that these will solve all your steering issues, well folks that is not true. Only thing I 100% claim is that this will save your box from wearing out fast and not have a selector shaft failure. The rest of the benefits are icing on top of the cake :)
There are a ton of people making these bars and there is a race to the bottom and they do one bar that fits all 2003-2024 by doing big massive holes to allow fitment. We have have 6 different bars to ensure the best fitment to your truck.

- 3/16 1080 metal, laser cut in house.
- 4130 chromoly material (similar to grade 8+), CNC Milled pitman arm nut with zinc coating. Most other brands use cheap grade 5 hex stock and easily thread it. We start from 2" chromoly bar. Our spud nut also has self centering feature for the lock washer to create even pressure on pitman arm. This is what sets us apart from everyone else.

There has been a recent change to the Big box size, we now have have modified it to fit both sizes.
Some lift kits may require you to do modifications for fitment. Does not fit all Carli 6" lifts.
-If you have a PSC ,Borgeson big box, most likely you have the small shaft but the big box. MEASURE SHAFT diameter of threaded area first before ordering!!!!!!!!!!!
Lots of people say the Big box is six bolt, but there are Big box with 4 bolts too, so always measure your shaft!
7/8" is small, just under 1.25" is large (30mm). Super easy to tell just by looking at it. We are not responsible for you selecting wrong size brace or shaft nuts. See product pics for more help. To help you measure, you can use the open end of a 7/8" wrench to help.
