1. OEM INTERMEDIATE SHAFT BUSHING KIT, Dodge Ram 2003-2022
MAIN PURPOSE IS IT STOPS YOU FROM CHASING YOUR STEERING WHEEL SLOP.
OEM rubber on the u joint in shaft typically starts to wear out about 75k miles and we just get use to the wondering these trucks can produce , and it is my mission to stop this. Super simple concept here, fill the void on the U joint on intermediate shaft. See pics to fully understand.
-Made from a custom material that is similar but stronger than Delran.
-Huge improvement in parking lots turning with large aired down tires.
-**Reduces the chance of extra noise added due to the poly material, and not metal on metal. Metal on metal can make the steering wheel have a slight vibration.
-Will give a sports car feeling steering input. (some will not like this if you are use to a loose steering input)
- 4 min install if that. Video shows how easy it is to install, let's just call it the instructions too :)
- Will not fix death wobble like I see people on the forums say, but taking up any form of deflection out of the steering helps. If you have death wobble it is easy to fix, check it out in the tech section.
Credit given to Clay in finding the issue originally.
Ship in a via USPS, so roughly 1 out of 100 get lost. Reach out if it has been more than 5-7 days.
May not fit some 2020+ power wagons or lane assist trucks. If the shaft does not look like the pictures is will not fit.
Early 3G trucks (03) the bushings might go under the hood near the shock tower.
**At most 1 out of 2000 trucks MIGHT get feedback typically if you have the wood grain or Carbon steering wheel. Just putting it out there. Chances are almost none. But we are upfront with things here. Usually it is trucks with load F tires at 80 psi (face palm emoji). If you have this issue just email us and we will help you through it. If you don't read this and leave a bad review to make yourself feel better there will be no customer service available to you. We make no money on these as it is.
