FITS THUREN FABRICATION AND CARLI SWAY BAR.
Designed to help the sector shaft on steering box from flexing when turning steering wheel. This in turn will tighten up your steering wheel feel and stop a lot of the road wondering. These units are designed around using aftermarket sway bars like Thuren or Carli. They fit OEM sway bars too.

- 3/16 1080 metal
- 4130 CNC Milled pitman arm nut, with zinc coating. Most other brands use check hex stock and easily mill it down. We start from 2" a chromoly bar. Our spud nut also has self centering feature for the lock washer to create even pressure on pitman arm. This is what sets us apart from everyone else.

I bought the brace about a month ago and the difference it made in my steering was tremendous. Chris was a great guy to talk to and helped a lot.I ended up getting hit on my drivers side shortly after its purchase though and I believe that the brace was the only reason my frame wasn’t bent. It held up great compared the rest of my steering such as my gearbox bending/breaking. Would definitely purchase from Bad Axe again.
If you are thinking about getting this kit I highly recommend, the quality looks amazing the new shaft is a lot nicer the most other kits I’ve seen and i appreciate the good hardware rather than just some cheap stuff most brands use and the finish on the brace itself looks fantastic i would highly recommend this product to anybody with a 2nd gen looking to do the PSC conversion.
